The 29-year-old was not included in the 30-man list of probables for the World Cup, co-hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. And the exclusion haunts the former captain who made his last international appearance in a Test against England last year.

“All I did was focus on the World Cup,” Malik told The Express Tribune. “It was in the subcontinent and was the perfect setting for me to shine.

“Missing it is the biggest regret of my cricketing career and I don’t feel I can get over it.”

Shoaib Malik, who has played 192 One-Day Internationals (ODI) and 32 Tests along with 32 Twenty20s, said it was tough to stay away from cricket.

“I was playing consistently since 2001 and it’s very tough to just sit and watch. But it happens to everyone.

“I’m disappointed but I see myself a mature and mentally tough man now.”

Malik, despite being experienced, said that he has struggled to play in England. The right-handed batsman has played 12 ODIs in the country and has scored 98 runs at 8.16 – a drastic dip from his career batting average of 34.35. However, Malik said that he had improved in that department.

“Most of the players from the subcontinent struggle there because we hardly have lively pitches to play on,” he said. “I admit it’s one of my weaker areas but I’ve improved.”

Woman Arrested Phone Hacking Case

British lawmaker Tom Watson earlier this month said in parliament that police have information that "strongly suggests" a second private investigator targeted royals, lawmakers and high-level terrorist informers on behalf of the News International media group.

British media said the targets included former Prime Minister Tony Blair and Kate Middleton when she was dating Prince William, the second in line to the throne. They married in April.

Buckingham Palace and Prince William's office at Clarence House both declined to comment.

UK build 8 New nuclear plants

The Government of United Kingdom has announced to build new nuclear power stations to meet the future energy crisis.

Chris Huhne Secretary of UK state accounced to bulid new nuclear plants which will be operating between 2018 to 2025.

He also say to put up wind turbines around the coast, or install new Solar panels in homes and and invest in technology to limit polluting emissions from conventional coal-fired power stations.

The sites identified as suitable are alongside existing nuclear plants in Bradwell, Essex; Hartlepool; Heysham, Lancashire; Hinkley Point, Somerset; Oldbury, Gloucestershire; Sellafield, Cumbria; Sizewell, Suffolk; and Wylfa, Anglesey.

Existing nuclear power stations will also be allowed to extend their life until the new plants are built.The announcement comes three months after the Fukushima disaster in Japan.

The future of nuclear as a power source for countries around the world was called into question after the disaster which occurred in March when a Japanese earthquake and tsunami rocked the reactors at Fukushima, leaving radioactivity leaking from the plant.

The proposals for new UK nuclear power plants are part of a series of national policy statements on energy which have been published following a public consultation.

US warns Syria to Moment at Turkey Border

End of Afghan War, France and US Withdrawal their Troops

After the decision, of US President Barack Obama that all 33,000 US army troops back to homeland, from Afghanistan by the next summer, after this statement France also decided to carry out a progressive pullback of its forces in Afghanistan, with the same timetable of US.

France president Nikolas Sarkozy, s said in a statement that NATO member France would make a “Progressive” withdrawal of troop in Afghanistan: in a proportional manner and in a timeframe similar to the pullback of the American reinforcements.

Before this decision US President Obama had a Telephonic talk with French President Sarkozy. French President Nicolas Sarkozy later said he would also begin to withdraw 4,000 French soldiers from Afghanistan. The French President says that he was happy with President Obama’s decision.

Following his talk with Obama, Sarkozy “confirmed that France will remain fully committed with its allies beside the Afghan people to achieve the process of transition,” the statement said.

Six thousand Americans have died in Iraq and Afghanistan and $1 trillion has been spent. It was time, Mr Obama said, to focus on nation-building at home.

“Taking into account the progress achieved, it will carry out a progressive pullback of reinforcements sent to Afghanistan, in a proportional manner and in a timeframe similar to the pullback of the American reinforcements. This withdrawal will be carried out in concentration with our allies and the Afghan authorities.”

Afghan President Hamid Karzai welcomed the move, but the Taliban dismissed it as "symbolic" and vowed to continue fighting until all foreign forces left.

Airbus and Airasia deal of 200 Planes

Airbus got the new orders at Paris air show. It’s announced they got the largest single order in the history of commercial aircrafts.

Airasia Malaysia airline is buying 200 new jets of A320neo, and the deal worth about $18bn.Indian airline indigo also order 180 new planes from airbus.

The new version of A320 have new Engines and more fuel efficient and cheaper to run, AirAsia deal, worth about $15.6bn, is for 150 A320neos and 30 A320s. This year in January the memorandum of understanding is signed by the both companies.

Released Sailor after 11 months

The crew members of MV Suez reached on Dockyard today at 5.15pm. Navy Officials, Human rights acticist ansar Burney, Governow Sindh Ishratul Ibad Khan and the daughter of Caption Wasi on site, to welcome sailors and his father on their arrival at Karachi.

The sailors will be given grand reception at site and after that they will be taken to the Governor House. The foreigner’s sailors will be return to their countries after the ceremony on available flights. Two representatives from Egypt, one from India and one from Sri Lanka have reached Pakistan to escort their citizens back home.

The crew members of MV Suez, including six Indians, 11 Egyptians and one Sri Lankan, were shifted to PNS Zulfiqar after the ship began sinking due to technical problems and strong winds. The MV Suez, owned by an Egyptian company, had been first boarded by Somali pirates in August last year. Its crew was finally released on June 14, after a payment.
